We are currently looking to grow our Inside Sales Team to join our growing salesforce.  This position will be in charge of assisting in all areas of growing Xima's global channel of resellers.  We are looking for someone who is familiar with telecom, B2B sales, getting a stable salary instead of commission, and someone who can grow a portfolio of clients. 

Chronicall, VRTX, and our other Xima products are sold exclusively through a network of 1000+ telecom resellers.  These partners include Xima on quotes of phone solutions because our product and service are the best in the industry. 

Job Duties


  • Create invoices for partners
  • Make wallboards for Channel Account Manager and Named Account Manager demos
  • Utilize LinkedIn to find new avenues into an organization
  • Oversee Xima's Spiff program
  • Provide a deliverable to all partners and end users that have a demo of Chronicall

Channel Management

  • Bring renewed life into our inactive partners by showing them the value of Chronicall.
  • Maintain assigned partner list and keep them trained and educated on Xima's product offerings.
  • Upsell existing partners on new Xima solutions.
  • Backup Channel Account Managers and Named Account Mangers with their channel as needed.
  • Conduct weekly end user trainings on software.
  • Oversee all trials of Chronicall

Minimum Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales experience
  • 1+ year of administrative experience

Skills Required

  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Software and hardware sales background strongly preferred
  • Unbelievably organized
  • Exceptional time management skills        
  • Passion for customer service
  • A love of sales
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Exceptional follow through

Education Required

  • Bachelor's preferred
